The Darfield Hotel is situated in the heart of the township and is located on the Great Alpine Highway close to the Southern Alps and ski fields.

We are pleased to present to you a comfortable Country Hotel with ensuited accommodation rooms, our "BackCountry Kitchen" 70-seat Restaurant, Liquor Centre and a vibrant Sports Bar with TAB, Jackpot Linked Pokies, Pool Tables and plenty of entertainment.

Boasts a large entertainment area including 55 inch widescreen and plasma TVs, full service TAB, 2 pool tables, jukebox and jackpot linked gaming machines in our dedicated casino room. Also enjoy outside facilities in our beer garden during summer and our huge fire during winter. Bar meals available 7 days, lunch and dinner. All Day Pub Grub is available every weekend.

BackCountry Kitchen

Our restaurant specialises in casual, family dining, private functions and group bookings, catering for up to 70 guests. The BackCountry Kitchen has an extensive a la carte menu with an excellent range of meals and beverages available including wild fare, carving boards and fabulous homemade desserts. Enjoy dining in relaxed, pleasant surroundings with an excellent outdoor area and an open fire during winter.
Seasonal Menu changes every four months to bring you the freshest seasonal fare available.
